New mum skin! Anything actually work

Besides y'know, sleep, nutrition, water and SPF?

I'm 31 and 7 months into motherhood. I look like someone microwaved a shit. Grey, puffy, droopy with fine lines popping up everywhere. I'll give retinol a go next year when I stop breastfeeding, but in the meantime.. anything actually worked for anyone? My old bag of tricks isn't cutting it.

Short answer no.

I now just rinse with water and apply a moisturiser. My skin is marginally better for it and saves a whole lotta faff for nothing!

Clarins beauty flash balm is good. And Paula’s choice C15 super booster stuff is a great, um, booster....best check it’s BF friendly though.

In a similar boat, OP. I look like shit on toast. Just this week I have purchased Bybi Bachukhi oil. That's not how you spell it properly, sorry. But I read the oil is a safe alternative to retinol while you're breastfeeding. X
