Long floral skirts & boots

There are quite a few long ditsy print skirts in top shop (and UO) at the moment (models wear them with boots).
I can't find similar styles anywhere else though.
Is this fashionable again?

90s! I wore it in the late 70s :) Loved it. Missed the 90s - must have been crawling after toddlers in leggings!

Yes, definitely pinched from the '70s!
They look identical to the ones I wore as a student in the late '80s/'early 90s.

Also wore long floral skirts with clogs in the late 70s. And thick tights, baggy jumpers and lots of scarves.
