Top for 'jeans and a nice top'

Help please! I have lots of jeans and T-shirt's/sweatshirts but no nice tops to wear for meals out/drinks etc. Please can I have some suggestions? Cos/All Saints taste with Topshop/Warehouse budget...Happy with figure but have small boobs x

H&M have a lovely range of tops. I have a really nice v-neck blouse in a light pink and it goes great with lighter coloured jeans and heels.
