The BEST shampoo ever? Not batiste.. I want one better that doesn't leave your hair feeling gross :) thanks

Beauty bible 2020 awards are just out. Two that scored really well and are fairly inexpensive are Charles Worthington and Shockwaves. I’ve never tried either of them but bought the Charles worthington today to try (Boots didn’t t have the shockwaves one in stock)

Watching this because I rely on dry shampoo but yes Batiste makes me feel ick

I have tried so many. I'm not a fan of batiste. The best for me was Oscar Blandi powder but that was hard to get hold of and I think is now discontinued.
I have fairly greasy blonde hair and use dry shampoo the day after it's washed just to keep it going 2/3 days between washes.
The best ones I've found are:
Powder type - Lush 'no drought' (but I try not to over do it, a little goes a long way)
Spray type - Aussie Miracle Dry Shampoo
I find both excellent at getting rid of the greasy roots and giving a bit of body, and they don't have that weird smell some dry shampoos have.

Following this

Batiste gave me serious hair loss along my hair line. Hate that stuff.

Living Proof, it’s expensive but it’s excellent. My hair feels clean using it, not full of dust.

Best one I have found is a £1 from co op. Honestly, couldn’t believe it but it’s great.

I have used so so many dry shampoos in my quest. then I watched a youtube video of a beauty blogger or such like who says she uses baby powder - and puts it in her hair the night before and I have to say it works quite well and doesn't make hair feel as "not nice" as dry shampoo. I just sprinkled it in and rubbed it through then went to bed and it soaked the grease up overnight. Soft silky hair in the Morning! I was quite impressed. I still have my dry shampoo for styling purposes but if it is just for those times when I haven't washed my hair I always use talc!
