Carat London jewellery going dull quickly

Got some small 'diamond' earrings from Carat London and they look dull, dark and Claire's accessories - ish after1 weeks wear. Too them off to wash my hair. Anyone else had this problem with their products?

I have earrings and a pendant from them. Over 10 years old now and still look great. I clean them with baby shampoo and a baby toothbrush every so often.

Buggeroff, do you wear your's everyday?

I did for the first few years. Now I wear them for several days at a time before alternating with other jewellery. I just spent a week away and wore the earrings and pendant every day including in the hot tub. When I’m away I don’t ever take them off as I’m worried about losing them. They were my 40th birthday present from DH.
