Fabulous summary ! I’ve just looked at Sezane on e bay , gorgeous stuff! What’s the quality like?

Sezane is decent quality for the price point. I tend to stick with the knitwear and silk pieces the rest can feel a bit overpriced for what it is. It does need to be well cared for, it's on the delicate side.

In terms of quality from the others listed here I wouldn't recommend the Kooples and Rouje, disappointing fabrics and construction.

I forgot to mention previously Sessun and if you really want to impress the 28yr olds have a look at Paloma Wool, the jumpers are very reminiscent of Isabel Marant insouciance of old (her knitwear is rather disappointing quality these days).
