Hit me with your lightweight cover ups for Marrakesh evenings

I'm off to Marrakesh next week for a much needed break. Checking out the weather, it it seems that it'll be 26+ during the day but drop to 8 degrees in the evening!
Most of my holiday clothes are quite lightweight, so I need a nice cardigan / jacket for evenings that I can wear with a jumpsuit, vest top or t shirt. I'm a size 16 with big boobs!
Any suggestions?

I was in Marrakech almost exactly a year ago. I remember taking a floaty linen cardigan and a couple of wrap/pashmina type jobs. Enjoy!

Maybe a thin denim jacket? I got one from Primark that's much thinner & lighter than it looks. Perfect for cooler evenings.

I've heard that women wearing shorts or strappy tops is frowned on. Is this correct?

Yes, it’s a Muslim country so respectful to the locals to keep your shoulders covered in public and skirts etc. below the knee. I saw tourists in shorts and vests and they looked out of place.

I agree a denim jacket will go well over most summer clothes.
