Really waterproof eyeliner

Ive been blessed with lovely oily eyelids.
Have tried primer which works for shadow but I always end up with smudgy under eyes as nothing stays put at all.
It slides down!
Any recommendations please ?

There’s a liquid eyeliner from Kiko that really works for me

I use Kryolan's cake eyeliner and sealer, applying with an angled brush. It's the only thing I've found that doesn't budge. I bought it online through Screenface.

Ive got a Kiko near me so will go and have a look.
Also DM does Avon so can try that as well

I can second the Kiko, it really holds.

Now if anyone knows of one as good as that in chocolate brown...
