Please tell me where your favourites are from - need size 20 & want comfy as opposed to sexy Grin

Primark

ReginaGeorgeous · 20/02/2020 17:44

M&S do some cotton ones with a cropped leg which I love in summer. I hate pj's with shorts as I feel like I have a constant wedgie, but the bottoms on these are knee length and they're only about £12 a pair.

Also like Boux Avenue ones with cropped leg.

TrixieTheWhore · 20/02/2020 17:55

Following. I'm desperate for some super cosy soft pyjamas or loungewear.

But not from primark or boohoo (itchy and fall apart in 6m) and at under £40.

Deathraystare · 20/02/2020 18:27

Well I am 18/20 and had my lovely Primarni PJ's for ages. Lovely brushed cotton!

CrowleysBentley · 20/02/2020 18:27

Marks and spencer, cotton pyjamas for £12.50. Lovely and soft and comfy.

morrisseysquif · 20/02/2020 18:35

George at Asda have some nice ones in.

AGoodPodcastAndANiceCupOfTea · 20/02/2020 18:36

George at Asda do great pjs in larger sizes as do Avon and Tesco.

Greenvalleymama · 20/02/2020 18:45

I buy pyjama bottoms from Boden and then just get plain cotton t-shirts (M&S or supermarket) as I get too hot in proper button-front pj tops. The Boden bottoms last really well, they're so well made.

WickedCrown · 20/02/2020 18:47

I love my cotton pj's from Cyberjammies... for cheap really warm brushed cotton/flanelette type pj's I buy them from Peacocks.

BSJohnson · 20/02/2020 19:06

Next, from the men's section so that they
a) are cotton, not polycotton
b) have glorious, deep pockets.

Just got myself these beauties

Bloomburger · 20/02/2020 19:09

Jigsaw do the nicest pyjamas. Cotton with modal. Feels like a huge treat wearing them.

TrixieTheWhore · 20/02/2020 19:44

@BSJohnson ILOVE those.

Are they thin or thick?

Grumpbum123 · 20/02/2020 19:45

Always Sainsbury’s

Vigorouspigeon · 20/02/2020 19:47

Cyberjammies. Not the cheapest but really comfy and pretty. I have three pairs now Blush

TheVeryHungryTortoise · 20/02/2020 20:01

I got some really nice navy ones with foil print for Christmas from Chelsea Peers.

SpeedofaSloth · 20/02/2020 20:02

Primark.

Zebracat · 20/02/2020 20:26

I just bought 2 pairs in Bravissimo. Really comfy, but also quite appealing. But overpriced.

BSJohnson · 20/02/2020 20:29

Trixie they're fairly thin, like a t-shirt material.

ScotinSpain · 20/02/2020 20:52

OYSHO does absolutely the best pyjama bottoms I have ever come across. Soft and lovely and not expensive at all. I'm not sure how many shops they have in the UK but I think you can order online.

The pyjama tops from there though, in my opinion, aren't worth the money. I just usually get a cotton t-shirt from H&M or similar to wear with the lovely, lovely bottoms.

buckeejit · 20/02/2020 21:22

Thanks all! Agh - the oysho ones look great & have my perfect colour & style in the green lace but xl is only 14-16 & won't go over my big toe! Gorgeous though

I like the next men's ones too - never thought of that but worried I'd go to bed with pockets full of crap!

Usually like Sainsbury's, Asda & peacocks so cheap is good but not so much with primark. Darker colours are preferred but not black, (apologies for pyjama need drip feed Grin)

I like these but sold out. Hopefully will return soon so I can chuck out my Manky ones

I had a think recently (not because of this thread) about the ones I wear most and the ones I always reach for first above other similar if they are clean And my top 3 trouser parts are from asda partly as they are long enough that they don't leave me with cold ankles but also they don't dig in at the waist

then the next 2 are m&s (they are a bit thin in winter though) and if I'm honest Iv also had ones from there that Iv detested after one wash
Morrisons (but Iv never seen a similar pair since!)

while I like the tops that go with the Asda pairs too I prefer to just have a 2-3 size bigger or men's xxl cotton t-shirt as I don't really like buttons and women pj tops can be quite short both in the waist and the arms!

Ginkypig · 20/02/2020 22:17

Oh and some men's pyjamas are really comfy on especially around the fat belly and boobs!

buckeejit · 20/02/2020 23:07

I'm going to delve further into the menswear! Tops are the hardest thing I think, I feel funny about getting a t shirt for some reason but have occasionally worn a thermal long sleeve vest to bed
