What to wear instead of hoodies?

I'm hoping to get some advice on a little update to my working wardrobe. I'm a massage therapist and as such I wear sports leggings, trainers and branded polo shirts for work. As my hours are erratic and spread out over the whole day I tend not to change so will go to the shops, walk the dog or whatever in my working "uniform". I've got into the habit of wearing fleecy hoodies and a body warmer over my polo shirt while I'm out and about but feel a bit scruffy and frumpy. I don't want to spend a fortune but does anyone have any idea of what I could wear over a polo shirt to keep me warm instead of hoodies? I quite like the funnel neck style but that doesn't work with the collar of the polo shirt unfortunately. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

I'm not sporty in the slightest but I always think the Addidas zip up tops look good. I wore them back in the indie days with jeans but I think they also look good with sporty leggings and trendy trainers.

Thanks. I do have one zipped track top but it’s a bit thin so only wear it in warmer weather.

The trouble is that a lot of the trendier athleisure stuff is cropped at the moment which is a look I definitely can’t do!

A wide neck sweatshirt can look more stylish than hoodies I think, and would allow for the polo collar over the top? Something like this and it's on sale...I would size down tho as sizing v generous

Do you have to wear what you're currently wearing to work? Is it an actual uniform or just what you tend to wear?

I do have a wide neck north face sweatshirt I could try, never thought it would work with the collar.
I do have to wear the polo shirt as it’s branded. The leggings are more for practicality and comfort as are the trainers. In the summer I sometimes wear cropped trousers or shorts and converse or superga instead.
