Which eyeliners stay put?

I need an eyeliner that will actually stay on all day. And ideally under £20!

Most will if I am just pottering about, but if I need to look nice all day, they will have disappeared in about an hour or will have moved to my brow bone.

I like the No 7 Stay Perfect one as it's easy to apply and stays put.
Rimmel has a good brush one. Eyeko is ok. Rodial vanished.
Collection is ok.

I now go over the felt tip ones with a pencil one after it's dried.

After trying all sorts of eyeliner pens the best of all including quite expensive ones is by beauty forever. I get it from the afro carribean hair shop for £1.99. You can buy it on e Bay but it goes on well, it's accurate and it lasts.

Collection 2000. Their cheapest one. It's under £2. I'm not sure if it stains or what but it's magical.

Another vote for Number 7 stay perfect. I have really watery eyes and tried everything. This has definitely been the best.

Former goth/emo here. I believe the secret is layering: black pencil, then powder eye shadow (nude or grey) and then in this base eye liner. I have run ultramarathons with it and at the end my legs were shattered and I smelled like something dead long ago it my eyes were still catty and perfectly made up.
