Anyone bought from this website? Looking for a specific pair of jeans and I can't find them in UK, what are they lie for shipping speed, duties and returns. Their policies look good but what's the reality?

I ordered a bag with them before. Shipping was very fast and I’m pretty sure all duties etc are added to the total at checkout.

All duties are paid at checkout. Shipping is with DHL or occasionally FedEx. I've been shopping with them for years. They have a great service.

I think they are owned by Amazon so are really fast at dispatching orders.

Yes, it's been awhile bur returns and refund was easy and fast.
