Wedding Beauty prep. What did you do?

I've never really had many beauty treatments done and I would like to look my best for my wedding in about 9 months. What should I go for that would really make a difference?

My dress was backless so had a back ‘facial’ few weeks before wedding. Had my nails done monthly so they grew properly and looked nice without need for fakes. Eye brown tint I have very blonde hair so tinting eyebrows for me is a must to look like I’ve got any. Nothing too dark

I had my hair cut the day before so all I needed to do was style of it. I did my own makeup too. This was years ago so the idea of a hairstylist and make-up artist coming to you hadn't been invented. The one thing that shows in my wedding photos is how happy I look. I'd hate to look at the photo and only be able to see my makeup and hair.

Everyone knows what you look like, so just think about how you scrub up best anyhow; and go for the best possible version of that.

Think about depilation (waxing, eyebrow shaping/tinting), good haircut (and colour? And deep treatments which will leave it glossy, but not to slippery if you're putting it up), manicure, and make up lessons (so you can be relaxed and confident about doing your own, for the wedding and every other event in the future)
