Find me a solution for hair woes

Hair is really the bane of my appearance. It takes so much effort to make it look good! Hair is fine shoulder length and prone to frizz and curls. I like it straight ish, bouncy and no frizz.

One thing that's occurred to me recently is this. After I wash my hair I often only have time to pin back the front section and then back section into a bun or all into a bun or pony. The back section will be curly, frizzy and even feel dry. The front section will be perfect - frizz free with a bit of body. None of the frizzy halo I get when I blow dry it.

It's like the bit of taut-ness while it dries keeps the moisture locked it and fights the kinky curls.

Does anyone else have this and if so have you come up with any solutions to apply this to the botton section of my hair.

Mine's similar - prob less curly - and for me, the Only way to have it looking decent is to use the Babyliss Big Hair on it every time I dry it. The days inbetween I use dry shampoo and run over with straighteners. If I leave it to dry naturally, it WILL look crap.

You could try this www.colorwowhair.com/uk/dream-coat.html
I got a mini bottle in a gift set, but wasn't something I needed so I gave it to a friend with hair similar to yours, she absolutely raves about it, and I can see the difference in her hair.

Do you blow dry before @thankyoudebbie or do you do from wet. I have an old babyliss big hair but doesn't dry hair just styles it.

You do have to blow dry/style your hair for it to work though, but it lasts a few washes.

Thank @thebitterboy - I do use this. Its great but does require a lot of initial styling and subsequent styling after 1st wash and doesn't decrease styling time - just creates a really good outcome once you apply enough heat and resistance.

I do from wet but then mine's very fine and only chin length. I have the smaller barrel one.
