To think it’s the spf in the foundation breaking me out?

I have to be careful what I use on my skin & I’ve come to the conclusion I think it might be the spf in my foundation that’s causing my small spots on my face. (Which I cannot get rid of)
Most foundations have this now & it really annoys me, the same spf surely doesn’t suit everyone?? I can’t find another foundation I’m happy with so changing my foundation is a no go just don’t know what to do.

Really wish they would should sell one with spf & one without.
It’s not that I’m not going to a spf as I do think it’s important but I need to find one that doesn’t clog my skin!

I get tiny long lasting spots from any product with dimethicone in it. Have a look at the ingredients lists on your product. Maybe silicones don't suit your skin either.
