High waisted wide leg work trousers?

I bought some amazing trousers for work in the collectif sale. I love the shape, which is really flattering on me, but the quality is terrible. I’ve barely worn them and they’re already really bobbly.

Has anyone got anything similar in better quality?

I've just ordered the M&S ones with 20% off. I'm 5ft 4 so ordered short but I want them to the floor so we shall see! I'm more short bodied and longer leg and so I bet regular is too long and short is too short.

They're really nice! I actually want them in a 10R in charcoal, so I'm going to order them online. They're reasonably priced at only £26 too.

What shoes are you wearing with them?

I've got the Marks ones and I think they're an absolute bargain and v flattering. (I am also generous of arse).

I bought a nice pair from the Ines de la Fressange range for Uniqlo which are also lovely but slightly different style - more like a 1940s cut.

For shoes I wear either trainers or point-toe flats.

How timely, I am wearing a pair today, but I’m in Sydney (got them at Kmart). I’m wearing white Adidas slip on trainers and a black ASOS tshirt that says girl boss. The pants are black with a kind of leaf pattern. I feel quite jaunty & trendy.

Uniqlo usually comes up trumps for me for work trousers, but I am not exceptionally tall. I love their new 2020 ranges.

I'm planning to wear the Next ones with either brogues or smart black trainers for work.

Uniqlo have some at the moment.
