Can someone reccomend spanx type underwear that isnt really uncomfortable?

As above. I need help with some slimming underwear for a wedding. But I cant wear spanx all day without dying. Please help. It's mostly by tummy and bum I'm worried about.
I get really really hot in my current spanx.

Primark!! 3 pairs for a fiver! Had mine 5 years and still going strong! On a hanger together - black or nude.

Thank you. Wow I didnt think primark had stuff like that. Mind you I'm mostly in the kids section and I assumed the underwear wouldnt be in big sizes. Thank you both x
