Tips for growing hair?!

Hello,

I have recently cut my hair from just below shoulders to a long bob and really hate it so much, suits me lovely but I really don't like how much extra time it takes so do my hair each morning.

Is there anything I can use to speed up hair growth and tips for growing my hair?!

I feel your pain. Chopped my hair off a few years ago, regretted it instantly! I found the only thing that helped with the growth was Biotin tablets. Its good for hair health. I personally didnt find products that you apply to your hair, particularly helpful. I tried different oils and hair masks etc.. but i think if you want your hair to grow you need to be getting the right vitmains

Healthy diet and be kind to your hair. It's what goes into your hair that makes a difference.
Leave it a while before getting a trim.

Experiment with scrunching and products to make the styling easier while it grows.
