soooo - crinkle neck/chest. what can be done

mid 40s
face and chest/neck (more the chest) out of sync aging wise.
anything non-surgical that can be done?

looks like I can't get prai where I am (in forrin)
the la roche is a retinoid cream, will see if I can get a sample.

Wear polo necks or scarves. That is my approach.

I've also heard the Prai is good but I haven't tried it. Where are you, OP? M&S stock the Prai.

I've used Prai and LRP Redermic R.
