Benefit porefessional is the best I’ve found. I have dry skin too.

The max factor one is nice
Fenty hydrating is good also
The other you might want to consider is Nivea aftershave balm - yes it has a male fragrance but it dissipates and as it’s full of glycerin it is quite hydrating

Benefit is very good. I have very dry skin & also rate the Ordinary primer. I recently bought the new Revolution one, it’s a paste in a small round jar, looks weird but seems very good
