Help me find a waterproof coat please

I'm really struggling to find a waterproof coat to be fit me. I've got a lightweight one which packs up small but it let's the rain in. I'm short and overweight, a classic pear shape so have trouble with getting coats to do up over my hips and not be massive on the shoulder with arms flapping about over my hands. Please help I'm sick of getting drenched on the school run.

I've got a good one from Helly Hanson. 100% waterproof, lined and reasonably warm, and has a two zips so it can be undone if too tight around hips when you sit down (also pear shaped!) I'll see if I can find a link

Thanks. I think I've tried all the joules ones. They're no good. The Helly Hanson one looks like it might be worth a look.
