Covering greys

Does semi permanent or permanent colour cover grey better?
Which box dye will definitely cover my white/grey hairs?
At my wits end.
Do not want to go natural so please don't suggest this as an option!

I use Garnier nutrisse and find it has good coverage, am also able to match my natural colour pretty well. I'm only 34 and the grey is a nightmare!

I use permanent on my grey. I only use it on the actual grey parts not on the rest of my head. I like the nice and easy one. I must have resistant grey as nothing else will cover it effectively
