Boots No.7 brand is good. They do a face and body version.

Do you want one with 'gritty' bits or a chemical exfoliant?

Why no to The Ordinary?

I bought Tarte Frixxon for DD she really likes that (17yo with quite sensitive skin)

I use a Konjac Sponge (on its own or with a cleanser ) or
Indeed Labs Powder exfolliant ( it's like baking soda in texture , foams a bit , very smooth)

Be aware anything physical can cause micro-tears in the skin.!

Brown rice flour. Mix half a teaspoon into your cleanser and thank me later Smile
