Vitamins for healthy hair/tips for improving it

I have very fine, shoulder length hair that has been blonde (via bleach) for years and years, have it done every 6-7 weeks at the same salon.

I've never had any breakage but when I went to my hairdressers last week she said my hair was looking the thinnest its ever been and it had breakage at the crown and a big part at the front. i hadn't noticed but I realised she's right. it's awful. she said I could be possibly lacking something in my diet.

do hair and beauty vitamins work or any other tips to try and make it a bit healthier?

Biotin is good for your hair. Also get G.P to check your iron and ferritin levels.

Massaging your scalp can help getting hair to grow. Also coconut oil and virgin olive oil fit masks are good.

I've been taking solgar hair, skin and nail supplements for a couple of weeks now.
My nails were the first thing I noticed. They used to be very weak and split easily but now much harder.
I've noticed a change to my hair this last week, much glossier and more manageable. I like them so much I've ordered another 2 month supply.
