Modesty panels for a potential wedding dress?

I’ve two dresses as possibilities, one I’ve already received and really like but then I spotted another which ‘should’ be arriving Monday, this one is low cut, possibly lower than I’d like.

I’m looking at modesty panels and they’re all pretty ugly.

Any suggestions for similar or sites which provide something a bit more attractive?

Or any alternative to a modesty panel?

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such alterations work successfully and normally they end up drawing as much or more attention as the unaltered dress. Do you have any links to the style of dress so we could consider suggestions? Definitely anything in a different fabric or adding random lace where there is no other lace in the dress screams “add-on”.

@sycamore54321 I think you’re probably right. This is the other dress which is a possibility but I’m not sure how low cut it will be on me until I try it on, or how comfortable I’ll feel.

I don’t think this is particularly low cut
It actually looks very demure ( and very pretty
Wait until it comes and then decide
I wouldn’t add a modesty panel as pp said it tends to draw attention to the area

@Pajamagirl it’s probably just meBlush once I try it on (if it arrives) I’ll have a better idea.

I think the only way it would work/look good is if a seamstress was able to take a little bit of the lace/voile from the sleeves/bottom of the dress and use that, then it would match perfectly and could be made to look as if it was designed that way
