Can someone help re Zara returns

I need to return an item that I’ve bought online, returning in store. (It didn’t come with any paperwork)

Do I need anything with me to return the item? I can’t find anything on the website.

Need to understand if I can ask DH to return it for me without the order details on my phone

As far as I remember, they scan the bar code on the package label. You don’t need anything. Though maybe the card you paid on?

There should be a QR code on your electronic invoice. I think you could just forward it to DH.

You need to log in to your account, go to the order and request a return for the relevant items.

They will then email you a QR code which you (or whoever takes it) show to the Post Office on your phone.

No need to print anything or label the box.
