I’m 66kg and 165cm. I do Pilates and yoga, and go to the gym. I do hundreds of various types of abdominals every week.
I have a flabby and wonky belly. It’s just fat/skin.
However, I had two children and recently had heath issues, have entered menopause (in my mid-40s), and my point in life is to be strong, not thin, so although I know that I could probably shrink it down by dieting I just don’t want to count calories. Life is hard already without that added in.
Surgery is not an option.
I guess I’m left with finding ‘magic underwear’ that can keep it all in a bit, but I never bought any.
Do you have any suggestions?
