Horray! Mine hasn't shipped yet. This will be my 5th box, and the shipping has been slower with each one, even being a select member, supposed to get priority shipping. Shouldn't be too much longer though

I only ordered four things: the bambooee pillow, invisibibobbles, Hanskin hylauronic essence and the When sheet masks... I also ordered an extra item when customising (the anti aging thing and the coatigan)

Im really tempted by the 111 skin stuff every time but I haven’t tried it before and I still have skincare unopened from the Winter box...

I'm trying to log on to get one but it's a bit rubbish on my phone. I think you can send a starter pack to someone and you would just pay for shipping. I'll try in a bit. I love it. You choose what you get so I love everything in it, got an Amazing gravity sleep mask last month and loads of other bits

Hi! Well I had a slight drama with FFF and no longer a member! Not too fussed as this month’s doesn’t loom that exciting to me. I did enjoy it while I had it though.

I don’t know if the starter boxes work in the UK as I had five on my account but couldn’t send them.

It’s not major and probably my fault to start with but I wasn’t happy at all with how they handled it. Sorry if this is long.

You can shop for add ons on the site which are reduced items which you can buy and are shipped with your box. Every so often there is an edit sale too. Both of them allow you to add things to your cart and then they automatically bill you on a certain date. I added some stuff to my cart in an edit sale and then went in to edit it but my cart was empty. Turned out I had gone in the “wrong” cart - there was another. I got an email saying I’d be charged for $200 worth of stuff and that we’d be billed within 24 hours and I wasn’t sure I wanted all of it. The email said the only way to return or get a refund was to it was to post it all back and then ask for a refund. I should have realised but genuinely thought my cart was empty. I contacted FFF but only by email as they are in the US and didn’t get a reply so asked Barclaycard to stop the payment. I was a bit annoyed there was another cart tbh as I felt a bit duped. Anyway Barclaycard stopped the payment and FFF then emailed to say the order would be cancelled.

This was before Christmas and I had my spring box and add ons since then and nothing was said. Then one day (probably around March) I just couldn’t get in my account. I emailed them and it turns out they had closed my account as I had stopped a payment. I had paid them from the same card since then though and ordered more stuff plus it’s not like I received the stuff and didn’t pay for it.

I had had 2 boxes so they said they’d refund me for 2 boxes. With the exchange rate (I assume) it worked out I received less than half of what I’d paid. I’d paid about £220 for 4 boxes, received two, and then got about £90 refund which was annoying. They said they’d reopen my account if I closed the dispute with Barclays which I did but I also didn’t understand why they couldn’t contact me at some point between December and March to ask that rather than close my account after 2 months when I’d made further orders. I sent a few emails to them but they were going round in circles tbh.

I really liked the boxes I got. They were well worth the money and fun pick me up. But I don’t feel like I’m missing out now.

Sorry it’s long but what but don’t you understand?

Apparently they close your account if you stop a payment, which I did because I didn’t realise I had purchased something...

I’d paid for an annual membership so they refunded me for the two boxes I hadn’t had yet.

Yeah there is a cart in the main page and then there was another cart so I went into the cart on the main page and it was empty 🤷🏻‍♀️

So just be careful 😬
