My mouth is really aging me

I'm nearly 43 and I think my mouth area has aged me by 10 years Shock

It just happened, what seems like over night, about a year ago. I'm using retinol and moisturising, always use spf 50 (used to be 20/30 but I've bumped it)

I didn't want any work done by it's really starting to bother me now...how old will I look in 5 years - like I'm 70?

I've always drank a lot of water but probably in the last 18 months I've struggled taking a litre a day. I have to really try to get 1 /1.5 in now.

What can I do?

Were/are you a smoker?

BrokenLogs · 31/01/2020 23:14

I've got smoker lines, even though I don't smoke Confused.

I will take a look at face exercises.

How so is it aging?

In terms of work:
If your top lip drags over your teeth, look into a lip lift surgery - the result can be amazing

If your lips are slightly thinner, perhaps try a subtle amount of filler

If your nasolabial folds are prominent try filler or mid face filler

Otherwise I don’t think products and diet alone will have much impact on natural aging

Look up face fitnez on YouTube. I have been asked if I’ve had fillers.
