I booked an appointment for my 15 year old sister to have her hair done today.
She was to go from red box dye to carmel/blonde with an undercut design.
We went into book had a consultation.
Everything agreed.
The next day she was in.
Shes came home tonight the colour is good maybe a few unblended bits and her undercut is nothing like she'd asked for.
She showed pictures at consultation and before the cut.
It's not even slightly ok... Which is the problem. Understandable if it was still OK.
But looks like a kid did it.
Unfortunately the hairdresser closed by the time she got home.
Any one able to advice.
What I should be expecting the hairdresser to do about this?
