90s party- fancy dress

I have been invited to a 90s party in a few weeks time. Just found out it’s fancy dress. Loads of costumes etc on amazon and eBay, also going to pop into nearby fancy dress shop. However I’m looking for inspiration for hair and make up. Any ideas?

Love the idea for hair mascara. I wonder if you can still get glow in the dark nail polish! Will also have a look at that IG account.
I thought of a pop star but it sounds like everyone is going very ott so I would need to make it really really obvious who I was. Wish I kept my hair crimpers now!
