My DD has this very bad pretty much all over. We've tried all sorts and I appreciate these things do tend to be trial & error but this stuff has been a game-changer! It doesn't sting (a lot of the creams we've tried sting her skin) and within a few applications it has noticeably improved her skin. I'd definitely recommend this
