Swollen gland

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and have what seems to be a large sore lump behind my ear, I am worried that it could something serious I.e toxoplasmosis. Has anyone had anything similar and can put my mind at rest

I did! I was so panicked and I wasn't even pregnant. Normally swollen glands show a sign on infection in your body. Soon after I had sinusitis (dr said it was connected). I'd see a GP
