The Ordinary- what order?!

I need some help! I’ve been given some The Ordinary products from a friend as a present and am excited to use them! But I'm a complete skin care novice and have no idea what order to use them in..

The products I have are:
Hyaluronic acid 2% + B5
Natural moisturising Factors +HA
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
High adherence silicone primer

She also give me AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution but it's pretty clear from the website that this is just a mask to use once/twice a week so I wouldn't be using this in my daily routine.

I was going to use them in the order I’ve listed them (after doing research on their website) but I'm still not entirely convinced I have it right?!

Any guidance would be much appreciated!Smile

I love the AHA BHA mask! The niacinamide I only ever use as a spot treatment, not as part of a daily routine.

Ooh that's interesting, so you just apply it directly to spots? I like this idea!

I'm excited to try the mask - although it all sounds a bit scary putting an acid peel on your face! Does it burn or make your face red or something?! Confused

(Can you tell just how much of a skin care novice I am?!). Grin

I might be doing it wrong so don't take me as gospel! But yes, I use it as a spot treatment.

The mask does tingle. Make sure your face is COMPLETELY dry. I do mine when I wake on a Sunday morning so I remember. Don't put anything else overly active on your face afterwards - I tend to do a hyaluronic acid pat in, with some kind of serum and let it all sink in. No vitamin C on the day I do the mask.

Thanks for the heads up about the tingling! I'd probably have had a freak out and taken it off immediately if that happened and I wasn't expecting it. Grin

Just to add I use the niacinamide all over my face at least once a day. I have oily skin with large pores and it REALLY helps. I also have a skin condition, sebhorreic dermatitis (think I butchered the spelling) and I totally credit it for keeping it under control

I have large pores too, maybe all over the face is the way to go after all... Yes I know that condition! Interesting that it helps that too. Thanks for your thoughts! Guess it's going to be a bit of trial and error to see what works best for me. Grin
