Dress for Vegas vow renewal

Please help! I want something fab for our wedding renewal ceremony. Nothing formal or bridal. I’ve bought this

But it’s feeling too bulky around the neck. I really want something fun but easy if that makes sense. Nothing clingy around stomach/hips! Oh, and I’d be wearing flats or trainers.

I am 5’6” with a pear figure, size 14. Budget under £100 would be great :-)

NavyBlue would be my number one but a dark green or purple could work.
