after shave balm

I commented this on the end of another post about dealing with facial hair, but I think the question got rather lost in that thread, so I'm asking again here.

I've been using the Flawless Touch - electric sort of mini razor for faces, and have generally been very pleased with it, though I hate seeing how much hair I get now if I forget to do it - plucking daily at least meant that I kind of lost sight of that.

But my problem now is that I get some ingrown hairs and bumps, and my face is often quite itchy afterwards.

Any recommendations for an after-shave balm that is good for women, and for faces?

When I google, I find mostly men's ones, or women's balms for intimate areas, or shaving creams for using before/during wet shaving.

What is good for electric shaving, for faces, and for women, so it doesn't smell like men's after shaves? any recommendations?

You shouldn’t be getting ingrown hairs, maybe try dermaplaning instead?

I don't get lots, but some. And definitely itching!

I liked the Flawless touch because it was cheap and easy to do every day, which I can manage - I haven't found those little razors or things seem to work for me, so this was good. I've got a Lumea as well, but haven't had great results on my face.

But I need to do something about the itchy/sensitive skin, and the bumps now and then.
