Help! I need a smart outfit!

I run an online business and live in cosy jumpers, skinny jeans and Uggs. Before I set up my business I worked for another very casual online business. Apart from weddings and funerals I haven't had to wear anything smart for over 22 years. I'm being filmed next week for a business programme and I don't know what to wear to look professional. I am really scared about the whole being filmed thing, but know I'll feel so much better if I'm not feeling self conscious by what I'm wearing.

I am 6' tall and a size 16 and I hate my tummy. I love floral prints.

Can anyone help? Pleeeease?

I'd keep it simple with a white (silk/cotton) shirt or black polo neck and jeans/black trousers. Unless it has to be more formal looking.

As above - a dark trouser and plain shirt - possibly silk?
I wouldn't wear something too far removed from normal esp if going to be filmed as you need to be comfortable and confident
