I have recently lost some weight and am down to a Size 16, going to lose some more. I would like to get some tops for going out. In the past I have worn frumpy dark coloured tops and I want to wear something more exciting. I am 45 and do want my arms to be covered.

How about some wrap tops, very flattering.
I tend to wear V neck to balance out my boobs. Or Cowl necks.
Also tend to go for silk / satin tops for going out.
Best thing is to go in to shops like JL to try variety of brands.

I don't have a JL nearby so was hoping to get a few bits via Mail

Asda do a lot and they are very reasonably priced when you are only wearing them for one season.
