Help me avoid the itch!

We have no spare cash at present.
I have loads of clothes (admittedly some too big).
I don't NEED anything new.
But I want all the new stuff I keep seeing online, it looks soo much nicer than all my existing clothes...
How do you avoid scratching the itch?!

I go through my drawers & wardrobes and will often find things I had forgotten about. It helps for a short while!

Sell the stuff that's too big and use the money to buy 'new' secondhand stuff that fits? - so, you can have 'new' stuff, but only if it's self-funding.

Same!

Agree with the above, go through existing clothes that are too big or never worn and lost them on EBay or Depop and then use the money to buy lovely new things!
