Can I use conditioner after t-gel shampoo??

Due to some medications I’ve been on my scalp has got really really bad with dandruff 😔 so My GP advised me to get some t-gel to use, however my hair feels awful! I’ve only used it twice!

Can I put a conditioner on after? Or do a moisture wrap thing once a week?

Or can anyone recommend anything else to shift it?

A few years ago I had stress psoriasis, T Gel quickly cleared that up for me and I always used conditioner as well - my hair is like straw if I don't!

Yes, definitely conditioner! I'd possibly think about using a less-scented/sensitive one though. Depends what's causing your dandruff.

My GP thinks it’s the auto immune tablets I have been taking which has caused it. She’s not 100% sure.

My hair is like straw I could barely put the comb through it. I shall wash again tonight and put some conditioner in as well.

Thank you 😊

Yes I regularly use Tgel as I have psoriasis and always use conditioner on the ends of my hair

Well it feels a million times better now I’ve used the conditioner.

Just to wait and see if the t gel works now fingers crossed it does.

I actually shampoo my hair with my normal shampoo after tgel and condition as well. It still works for me

@MyNameIsMrsGrumpy T gel is good if you leave it on for a abit before washing off, I also use baby shampoo after sometimes as I find it smells horrible 😂
