What style shoe for this dress?

Hi all,
25th birthday coming up, wanted something fun but not too much for meal & drinks. I have found the attached and love, however, unsure on shoe style?
I’m thinking maybe military style heeled boots? Or no? Please give me your opinions 😄!

I would go for an unfussy heeled boot - possibly suede like these

I think a shoe like the style you have on in black would dress it up, or shoe boots would dress it down.

I didn’t like the dress in the first pic either but it looks really great on you OP! The sleeves are fantastic. I agree, you need shoes similar to the ones you’re wearing, but black suede to echo the sleeve dots. I think a chunky heel would look cooler but a stiletto sexier and you’ve got great legs so can do either - but definitely a pointed or almond toe as anything round will give Minnie Mouse vibes.
