Lip wax = white spots

Help...had a top lip wax over the weekend and have now come out in lots of tiny whiteheads I have a really important meeting in work tomorrow; any ideas how to get them to disappear

Very lightly exfoliate (use some sugar in warm water if possible) and cover in sudocrem.
Its just a reaction in the hair follicle, it's fairly common don't worry!
