Head and shoulders

I've been having problems with dandruff so have started using head and shoulders... I'm pretty sure since then my hair has lightened. I've got a few highlights in it and they have gone super light and that's the only change I've made.

Is there anything else I can use to help dandruff but that won't lighten my hair?

There’s a Neutrogena T Gel one.

My friend swears by Body Shop ginger shampoo.

My hairdresser in the past has told me that head and shoulders strips hair dyes/highlights so avoid if possible.

Body shops ginger is a good alternative as per pp.

Dandruff is caused by a fungal infection. Nizoral shampoo every 3/4 days will help. Ignore non-medicated "dandruff shampoos"
