BB cream (for a beginner)

I've decided to swap from my usual moisturiser to a BB cream after reading about how it gives a little coverage. There are so many on the market though that I don't know where to start … if you use it and would recommend please could you let me know? I've just turned 50 and am lucky that my skin is pretty good with not many lines etc (yet!)

Do not replace your moisturiser with the BB cream, use both.
No7 is always good as they do a dry/normal or an oily/normal.

I like Nivea Daily Essentials 24H moisture + Soft Tint which isn't really a BB cream but similar.

I started using BB cream a couple of years ago - bought Garnier light/fair as was affordable to try. I’ve never had much luck with finding the right shade of foundation but seem to’ve struck lucky with this and have had several compliments on my skin (am late forties) including from teenage daughter who didn’t know I was using something different! Smile Use it every day now over moisturiser - am really pleased with it and it doesn’t feel heavy like foundation.

Yes the Garnier is really good, I've used it on and off for years. They also do a lovely roll-on eye version.
Definitely use over moisturiser though, not instead of.

No7 city light is nice, not BB but a tinted moisturiser. It diffuses light so gives you a soft focus glow NO glitter.

Missha BB cream - you can get it on Amazon for around a tenner, and imo it's better than anything I've tried on the highstreet!

I really like the Garnier one, tried Missha too but I've quite oliy skin and it made that worse.
