What should I ask for at a salon to have my nails like this photo?

Or alternatively what nail polish would give a similar result?

I would just take the photo along and show them

Gel extentions with opi bubble bath would be similar

Extensions with ombré. Take the picture though as ombré can really differ.

Actually maybe it's not. The tips look lighter but maybe it's just the light shining through. I would just take the picture.
