Cuticle oil

Hi,

The skin around my nails is a mess. I'm a picker, which is a habit I'm really trying hard to stop. Any recommendations for an oil to soften the skin? If it's less dry, I'm less inclined to pick. Budget no issue, I don't mind spending on this.

Thank you!

The cuticle oil by OPI. Life changer. And I tried many (albeit cheaper) ones. Make sure you also find a good hand cream (try cerave - not pricy!)

I've used loads of specific oils but always go back to Vaseline.

I'll have a look at the OPI one, thanks.

I never have much luck with Vaseline. I used to use it on my dry lips, but it no longer has any effect.

Rub coconut oil in. Buy a tub in the grocery section. If it liquifies put it in the fridge to harden.

Dadi nail works well and smells lovely.

Dadi oil, Solar oil and Opi Avoplex are the best ones. Can't go wrong with any of those. Use a minimum of twice a day for 6 weeks to see a difference but the more often you apply the better.

I like Solar Oil, OPI Avoplex and Leighton Denny Slick Tips.

Another vote for Dadi oil. It was recommended by someone here , it's great and really good value too.

Oil never worked for me but lemony flutter from lush or burts bees cuticle balm both work amazingly even in winter when they were at their worst.
