Completely waterproof warm-ish coat?

Can anyone recommend a completely waterproof jacket that is slightly padded/fleecy lined but not proper winter weight?
I want hip length, not just a mesh lining but not really warm either.

The only things I have seen have got a fleece that poppers inside, but I'd rather have fleece built in.

Budget about £50.
Anyone seen anything good?

I bought my student daughter this after it was recommended here and she loves it. She has been out in lashing rain and come back cosy and dry. Looks more expensive than it is. direct.asda.com/george/women/coats/ozark-khaki-waterproof-technical-parka/GEM695952,default,pd.html?cgid=D1M1G20C6

Bit over budget but Seasalt ones fit the bill

Florence - thanks for the link. I was in the market for a waterproof coat, so I've just bought it! £40. Bargain!

Love the look of the Seasalt ones, but too pricy for me. Shock
Asda one looks a bit too warm and long, I want something a bit more lightweight.
