Eyeliner for Waterline.. Recs Please!

Can anyone recommend an eye pencil for the waterline that doesn’t run/irritate? I used to use a benefit one in navy blue that was brilliant, stayed on for ages! Discontinued it and I’ve never really found another up to the job.....

For longevity , the KatVonD pencils ( I think they're called Tattoo something) my DD has one and they don't shift .

I bought a Revolution liner pen, very fine tip. (I bought it because I liked the bronze case , very shallow , me)

Great for tightlining but need to allow a few seconds to dry . I don't think I could use a pencil on my eyes , the pen liner is softer

I just bought an eye pencil the other day that's got great staying power! It's by Pixi, I think it's called the Silky Eye Pen (but is definitely more of a pencil).

Loreal infallible gel crayon. I've tried every eyeliner pencil under the sun and this one blows Mac and UD out of the water, and its fairly cheap!
