How to lose weight?

I've put on more weight than I should have with this pregnancy and I know it. I've been eating for 5. With my previous pregnancies I didn't gain that much but I've had big junk food, take away cravings and would appreciate tips of weight loss. I don't want to be too weak to look after lil one though. Any advice? Tia x

Eat fewer calories - so switch to healthier alternatives like lots of fresh fruit and veg or eat a lot less of what you eating now. That is the entire ball game, you can dress it up as much as you want in a million different ways but basically you have to eat less!

Get my fitness pal. Lots of people don’t agree with calorie counting but it makes it very easy to lose weight. Providing you know you’re burning more than you’re taking in, it will come off. I took lots of walks with dd in a baby carrier when I was losing baby weight.
