Sleeve holdup bracelet thingies

Help - I love wearing shirts with the sleeves rolled up to 3/4 or 1/2 sleeve but the ones in silky material always unravel and fall down. It's maddening!

What's the solution? I see some arm bracelet things on amazon but they're marketed at men. Anyone bought them - are they any good?

Any other solutions?

My dad used to wear them back in the 60s!

Buy them? You don't need to be a bloke to wear them. They come fairly small and stretch to fit. I loved wearing them in the 90s until my fecking ex decided to stretch them so they didn't fit.

My Grandpa used to wear these, I pinched a pair as a teenager and loved them. I'm going to buy some now, I think they can look really good!

I’ve got some, they are useful for keeping shirt sleeves in the right place if you’re wearing them tucked up. Obviously you do it in such a way that they can’t be seen.

I used to use them all the time when I worked in an office - hated 5he feel of cuffs around my wrists . Bought them in the men’s department of JL if I remember rightly.

My hairdresser uses them, and she is beyond cool. They must be acceptable!

Ok great. Still a bit confused about how to use them as all pictures show them as being worn visibly. I was thinking they could hold a cuff in place but actually it looks like it's more for a bunched up sleeve which is also a nice look.

Only £8 on amazon so I've bought them and will experiment!!

Thanks all!

You put them on and then kind of bunch the sleeve back over them, if that makes sense?
